I'll start out by saying that I am 23 and I really rarely ever complain about stuff.

When we first moved in (from out of state with a u-haul full of all of our stuff) we walked into our apartment to find it was a handicapped-accessible-apartment (meaning all the counters were super short, no baseboards under cabinets, door handles low, etc). The girl walking us through said "oh darn,… I'm sorry I didn't realize it was a handicapped-accessible-apartment! Do you care?" When we said yes, she said there would be no way to switch to a different one unless we waited a few weeks or months and basically it was just too bad. Are backs are forever messed up from bending over super low and we CANNOT WAIT to get out of here.

The front-office workers are constantly being replaces and the management is just overall horrible. I give it one star because the mantinence people are really good.

The other Tennants here make this place awful. They are so unbelievably trashy. They literally leave trash everywhere and don't even try to get it into the dumpsters. I smell pot super strongly IN MY APARTMENT every single day through the air vents. I really could care less if you decide to smoke put but once I have to smell the nasty crap? Uh, no. They also busted the super nice grill in the pool area and just straight up suck.

The other night I went to throw some trash away and a homeless man was just standing right by it in the dark. Awesome.

We were really excited when we first moved in here but were quickly disappointed. I have reached out to management several times to try and get help and they just flat out ignore you. They are unorganized, the place isn't that nice and they don't mind screwing you over. I'd avoid this place if at all possible. Read More

They fine you for every little thing. They always find a reason to make you pay for something. Just about every month rent is raised. They are unkind and people who dont like to be bothered so if you needed help, they'll just try to shoo you away. Do not move here you'll want to leave as soon as you came.

I have lived here 4 years, I love that they are newer apartments and they have a very Spacious 3 bedroom, utilities are cheap and the office staff is very courteous and helpful. Whenever I need maintenance they come over within 30 minutes and get it done the first time. I love it here!!!'

The management and finance office treats the tenants badly!! They don't respect you and the prices are way to high for income restricted... Keep looking!! Maintenance goes above and beyond!! I wish I could give them they're own review!!
