Management has always been very kind and responsive. The building is clean and quiet. There are tons of shops near by and it's only 15 ish minutes from Downtown salt lake which is so fun.

Maintenance folks are great! They clear the snow and work hard to fix everything that break. Unfortunately the complex is very cheaply built (walls thin enough you can hear the microwave in the unit next door or individuals snoring).

One star due to having a broken front door for over a year, moving into a dirty unit, and lack luster responses from leasing staff.

Don’t move here! Run away!!!

The place was newly built in 06/2022 but it’s very cheaply built. If you notice any maintenance work that needs to be done to your brand new apartment, don’t count on them fixing it. I was moved into a “brand new apartment” as the first tenant for the unit and the carpet was dirty with oil stains, floor was nasty, cabinets already had cracks, and on top of it, hours after I moved in, the place smelled like sewage which they said they could fix it. I moved out after... 2 weeks!!!!

They did not deliver the place as promised so don’t fall for their nice looking lobby and well dressed employees to fool you. You will be disappointed.

During my two-week there, the door handle from the garage to the mail room was broken and they did not care to fix it. They then placed it back loosely for look but it is not even locked for the intended objective “security”!
