The current manager Lindsey is rude and doesn’t care after begging for months to transfer to a different unit because people kept partying and throwing their dirty water onto my balcony she just kept telling me she’d talk to her boss or to come see her at the end of the the month she gave me hope and made me think she’d transfer me only to tell me no when I reached my 6 months because I didn’t want to sign another year lease which she originally made it sound like 6 months was ok. She backed out... and said she never had anything in writing. So if I wanted to end my lease early I’d have to pay $2000-3000 plus rent which I don’t have so I’m stuck here. The apartments are nice and new but the walls and windows do not keep the noise out, people are very unconsidered and loud, security does a very bad job. only good thing here is maintenance, covered parking and no additional fees. I’ve lived here for 4.5 years and it hasn’t been all bad. However, the new management company and manager is trash. We’ve had 3 different managers in the last year and 3 different assistants. That should tell you everything you need to know about the company. Our elevator was broken for FIVE WEEKS (saying they had to wait for a part. We can slingshot people around the moon but they can’t get an elevator part in less than 5 weeks?? Stop.) and they refused to give very reasonable accommodation. J... Fisher Co is an unresponsive, money hungry corporation and that’s all they care about—not their employees, buildings, and especially not the tenants.

Now there’s always furniture and trash everywhere. The stairways are full of garbage. They threaten to send mailroom packages back to sender if people don’t come/can’t come get them instead of telling the delivery people they need to deliver to the door if the lockers are full. Kids play in the hallway, bouncing balls against the walls, talking loudly and running up and down the hallways.

Excellent comfort for peaceful living, it's what we all look for: a good price and good service, always attentive to cleanliness and customer service. A good option when moving.

The kitchen and living areas are amazing and super spacious. The elevator makes it super easy to be on the top floor and the trash chute is very convenient. Management is super nice and gets stuff done quick. As well as being able to put in a work order online at anytime is very helpful. Love how convenient it is to I-15 and traxs as well as stores, and it is a super secure apartment. The commons areas are always nicely kept with a nice gym.

Great location, close to I 15, trax, shopping and dining. Great staff and maintenance. Beautiful views in units facing east of the mountains.
