Nice apartments for an affordable prices

The kitchen and living areas are amazing and super spacious. The elevator makes it super easy to be on the top floor and the trash chute is very convenient. Management is super nice and gets stuff done quick. As well as being able to put in a work order online at anytime is very helpful. Love how convenient it is to I-15 and traxs as well as stores, and it is a super secure apartment. The commons areas are always nicely kept with a nice gym.

Great Location

Great location, close to I 15, trax, shopping and dining. Great staff and maintenance. Beautiful views in units facing east of the mountains.

Never want to move

I’ve been living in Moda Union for 4 years now. I love that it’s new and well kept. Air filters are changed regularly and inspections are done every year to keep track and fix any issues and change Fire alarm and co2 detector batteries. Hallway carpets are washed regularly. Once a week a cleaning crew cleans the hallways and elevators. We have new management and maintenance people so I can’t speak too much about them yet. But in the past my maintenance requests have always been addressed within... a day or two, never longer. This summer the hallways were a little loud with kids but it’s never been a problem before. The hardest part is the elevator being inoperable at least once a month for a day or two or longer if it’s really bad. It’s controlled access and you need a fob to get up the elevator so I feel safe living here. We’re all still waiting for the outdoor parking lot gate to be fixed after someone rammed into it. We have amenities but I don’t usually use them. The only internet option is the one that’s offered which stinks because it’s $80 for wifi and it’s way overpriced. There used to be a $50 option. I have good neighbors even though one of them is a Yankees fan. :) I’m really happy with my living situation. It’s super convenient to anywhere I need to go. When you take into consideration the amenities it’s more affordable than comparable buildings with the same amenities. I don’t plan on moving unless I absolutely have to. I see this place as ideal for people without children even though there are many families here. So if you’re quiet and respectful, come move in!
