Don’t rent here

I was without AC for 5 weeks (outside temps 85-100 degrees). Despite multiple promises that they would compensate me, they never followed through. Upper management’s words mean nothing. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Once we received notice that your AC was not working, we... responded immediately and provided you with a functioning AC unit on the same day. Additionally, we offered you a second AC unit, which you declined. While compensation was never promised, we are sorry for any misunderstanding and want to reassure you that we strive to provide timely solutions for our residents.
