I like living here. Going on 3 years. Nice neighbors. Some of the stairs and corridors need to be updated and cleaned. But, I love my apartment itself. Also lots of fun activities. I worry about all of the BBQ grills people have on there balconies cause it’s so close to the buildings. But overall a good place to live

Unprofessional things, need some property upgrades, cockroaches, safety issues specially with gang violence and drugs. Doesn’t let you do anything your patios, more interested in community parties then fixing propertu

Parking is difficult but apartments are spacious and affordable. We love the pool and the gym. There are many community engagement activities.

The staff at Avida apartments are incredibly helpful and kind. They respond quickly and professionally. I will most definitely be re signing my lease here at Avida! I love how beautiful it is and how clean and comfortable I feel here.

Living at Ávida apartments has been a very good experience. The apartments have a modern design, good lighting, and comfortable spaces. Another great advantage is the location because it is close to stores, supermarkets, and important places, making daily life easier.
