Maximum occupancy is up to 9 guests, and no unregistered guests or groups of more than 4 unrelated adults are allowed. The triple bunk bed is designed for children or guests under 200 lbs. Park only on the gravel directly in front of the home, and do not drive behind the house to avoid getting stuck or causing damage, as guests will be responsible for repair costs. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited due to fire hazards. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests are asked to respect the neighbors. Parties or events require prior host approval. Eating or drinking is not allowed in the bedrooms. Shoes should be removed upon entering. Guests are asked to wash dishes and take out the trash before departure.
