Park only on the gravel directly in front of the home, and do not drive behind the house to avoid getting stuck or causing damage, as guests will be responsible for repair costs. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited due to fire hazards. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests are asked to respect the neighbors. Parties or events require prior host approval.
