People are all very friendly. Great place to live

The management is wonderful. They get things fixed quickly and are very respectful of your time. The residents are wonderful. Very friendly people who love to get to know everyone. We have monthly pot luck dinners, game nights twice a week, empty nesters group meets once a month with very fun, informative, interesting meetings that are for everyone. The spa is open all year round, with a swimming pool that is a lot of fun.
Living in a 55 plus community is so awesome!!!

Wasatch Pointe Apartment Review

Thanks to Josh and Camree for their excellent service, hospitality and professional work. We are grateful for the wonderful environment they and the maintenance employees create for all the residents at Wasatch Pointe! We feel like we are living in a luxurious lodge in the mountains. Thanks very much for an awesome home to live in, in an awesome town like North Logan. This is from Mr. and Mrs. Anonymous.

Avoid if possible

1. Management listens politely to resident requests, then ignores them.
2. For a "senior" complex, it is very noisy. We have been up until 3:00 in the morning waiting for our neighbor to finish a video game. Also, the complex next door is extremely noisy and spills over; from children running and biking around our parking lot late at night dodging in between cars, to people screaming at each other, to loud music.
3. Make sure you pay more than you are billed each month. If they make a… mistake on your monthly bill, it will be your fault and they will consider you delinquent.
4. We were told one thing before we moved in, only to have the staff completely change, along with most of what we were told, including: gym hours, parking stall requests, leave notice.
