ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest.
