This has been a great place to live. 4 years in and I’m sad to be leaving. Fernando has been great, the office staff has been great. Minimal noise (minus the street). If I come back to Utah, I’d look into re-renting here!

My family and I love it here. Clean and quiet. Our favorite things to do are grab coffee at the clubhouse in the morning and hit the hot tub at night!!

We have really enjoyed living at Hampton Place apartments. Though it is apartment living, it really doesn't feel like it. The layouts of the apartments make it feel like a home and it has been so cozy for us. Our neighbors are all so kind and it is quiet here, even being by Redwood Road. The staff has been so kind and understanding to us during harder months and the maintenance is so kind, quick, and efficient. We feel like we have space and privacy. So grateful.

Hampton has been a great place to live! The staff are amazing and maintain is always on top of things. The neighborhood is filled with great friendly neighbors and kids of all ages for families to hang out with. We love the playground and swimming pool.
