DO NOT RENT HERE

Went on a tour initially and it all seemed nice and well- kept. But upon moving into an actual apartment I see the “real”. It is filthy.. walls have never been washed, cabinets caked with years of gunk, vents disgusting and the apartments are so dark. The washers and dryers are also crap. It takes at least three cycles just to dry a load of laundry.

Great for school

I truly recommend living here, especially if you’re a new college student easy to make friends because they have lots of activities through out the year. And it’s way close to campus

Deceptive

There are many unexpected fees, and leasing requirements. You can't even sell your lease without a fee. It's ridiculous.

Ideal College Apartment

Right across the street from Weber State University, cannot get better than that. And also rent is billed seperately so you aren't stuck with the bill if the roommates out on you. Drawbacks are the management is unorganized as they are renovating the entire building, and also there is no single apartments you must live with at least 2 roommates.
