Dawnette Rocks!

I have enjoyed my time at Country Springs and Dawnette is the reason why. She was always professional and helpful and was a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed my apartment and my time here. When I moved here summer 2018 she was the first face I saw and she deserves a raise or more properties to manage! Thank You Dawnette for making my experience here at Country Springs wonderful.

Country Springs Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!
These people are notorious for never giving back your deposit. I moved in with dirty stained carpet. When I moved out 4 years later they charge me to clean the carpet, when I know good and well they replaced it. THEY ARE RIP OFFS. They will stick it to you with excessive fees when you move out.
EXTREMELY NOISY! Screaming children all over the stairwells and grounds. Loud music from college kids. You pay for everything, nothing is included.

Management Hard to Work With

My husband and I moved in this apartment and didn't even last a year. The quality of the apartment was okay but definitely not worth what they were charging for it. Maintenance people usually responded quickly and took care of the problems. The management was very hard to work with. The staff weren't trained well and were telling us things that were contradictory to the contract and weren't clear on the technicalities of what you were paying for. There attitudes weren't that great either. It… almost seemed like they didn't care about the situation that you were in, they just wanted their money. A lot of hidden fees were tacked on after we terminated our contract early, more than we were expecting and were told. I honestly wouldn't recommend this complex. Overpriced and awful management.

One of the good complexes in Utah County

My wife and I visited this complex and we were very satisfied with the overall experience. Though we chose to rent at another place, this was our next choice if the other fell through. the only reason we didnt pick this one was location. not the complex's fault at all, just a little to out of the way for our commutes. i would recommend this to anyone who needs a nice place for a moderate price.
