My daughter has had a dog and a cat in her apartment. She is allergic to both. Nothing has been done to enforce the no pet policy.

Move in was awful! The apartments are a completely disgusting when moving in. Everything promised is not honored. There are holes in the walls? Mold in the bathroom, showers are stained black with footprints etc. the features of the apartment showed were not in the apartment I moved into! And I pay more for my apartment than I did on the south side and it is significantly worse!! Clean checks are not well communicated. I received no text, email, or even a paper on the door. No expectations of... cleaning listed or time told when it will take place. I pay monthly for a package parcel that is never used money every month that goes to waste! As well as not receiving packages properly? The door says one number while the mailbox doesn’t fully correspond. For example you can live in apartment 602 and your mailbox will be 2? There’s also birds that live in the parking underground parking and will also fly into the apartment complex! The storage for 8 people in an apartment is awful! Pricing will change in the middle of a lease. I signed a lease that charges $5 a month to get a code for laundry. Then in the middle they change it to $2.50 per wash and dry! Complete breach of lease and no care for tenants. These are college students that they take advantage of hoping they don’t understand how leases work. It’s absolutely disgusting and disappointing. If you like functioning AC and competent management then University towers is not for you. This place is so bad I wish I could give it -100 stars. I have lived here almost a year and have had working AC only one month of that time. It’s so hot in my room that I have 3 fans going 24/7 and I have to sleep whilst laying on otter pops to keep myself from overheating. I have submitted millions of maintenance requests but they just get ignored. The management here is so bad I think they were hired off... the street. But not just any old street, a street from the homeless sector in San Fransisco. I have thought about pursuing legal action but at this point it would be more trouble than it’s worth. So for the sake of all that is good in this world please do not move here. Move to a dumpster, or to an alley way. Just don’t move here. Read More

lived here rom September 2020 to July 2021, they never applied the total amount of my referral concession, we had a broken water heater for 2 months( not even exaggerating, we filed a court claim because of it.) The apartment was absolutely disgusting when I moved in. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in over a year. Management changed 3 times from the time I moved into the day I moved out. Absolutely terrible. Birds live in the underground parking so if you want to park there to... keep your car clean, think again. The lease says that a final walkthrough will be done for the tenants to avoid the cleaning costs. they did 1 walkthrough after we had been there for 3 months and we met all the criteria, still being charged a cleaning fee, and a half months utilities even though I moved out months ago. Ridiculously dirty, small living space with randomly big living room, I was promised there would be a desk but there isnt one, and I had to pay a full months rent living here for two weeks in august. The rent for this place is too high and it is absolutely disgusting here.
