Studio is furnished with a queen sized murphy bed, and a smart TV. Kitchenette is recently remodeled and includes countertop seating with two barstools, refrigerator, sink, microwave, stove, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and blender. Additional appliances, bedding and towels available upon request. Electrical service and outlets have recently been updated.

Building has its own parking lot. You get one parking permit to use in lot.

On property is a laundry room in the main building. Hot tub is open year round and pool is open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. There is bike storage room in the main building. Garbage dumpster is in the buildings parking lot.

Rent includes all utilities to include wi-fi and cable tv.
