UNNANOUNCED MAINTENANCE VISITS, NO PARKING, TINY ROOMS
One star because the building is newly built. Otherwise, I’m sure some units are nice, but most are worse than the cruddiest dorm room I’ve ever stayed in, I shared a closet sized room with another person, and 12 people shared out kitchen. Slopeside allows unannounced maintenance visits, employees disturbed my personal items and on two occasions entered my room while I was sleeping. They do not guarantee parking, and will promise it then say it is not available when you arrive. Office staff was... straight up rude to my roomate for asking questions, you get yelled at for hanging out in public places like the game rooms, and there is no way to get help with anything other than going to the office and bothering the people every day until they finally decide to help you. I would have moved out the day I moved in if I had any other option, but I’m going broke trying to pay for what was originally designed to be low income housing. They also perform unannounced maintaince visits into your room if you live in a double, and I work up to two men standing over me, having unlocked my room and entered it to apparently fix the wall which they didn’t do while I was sleeping.
