Wouldn’t recommend

The good thing about this place is the inside of the apartments are fairly nice, although small. However, it isn’t cheap to live here and everything has gone downhill since we’ve moved in. The online portal was just taken away which makes it harder to pay rent and submit maintenance requests. We now have to go into the office to do any of that. The pool wasn’t open for the entire summer which was a huge bummer for the kids. The pool was one of the major reasons we chose to live here. I hate… going into the office because she is never friendly or accommodating.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Animal friendly so it has been nice to have my dog here. Very nice layout of an apartment and new interior.

Cadence is a good place to live, I don't mind living here but I wouldn't recommend living here. The lack of professionalism in the office through my lease initiation to my month to month billing continually having errors is exhausting and leaves me being leary of trusting any statement coming from the office of being correct.
