Lease renewal review Your corporate lease renewal system is a clunky piece of poo that I singularly dread dealing with on a yearly basis. That being said, Kathy Kimmy and Carly all stepped right up and went above and beyond to help my wife and I get through this unpleasant process. We have nothing but the highest praise for all of the staff here, but your transition to a more Tech heavy pet certification process has only served to make an already unpleasant process worse. So- hate the game, love... the players.

I would leave negative 5 stars if possible. This is the absolute worst apartment complex me and my husband have ever rented from. Our 1 year lease couldn't end sooner. The staff is so unprofessional and is no help. They charge you for every little thing they can think of. They do not give any of your deposit back even though we spent a week straight deep cleaning and left it better than when we first moved in. The hot tub was closed the entire winter without notice. Do not waste your time or... money here.

We absolutely love our apartment at the Falls! The management is super friendly and accommodating, and works hard to keep the tenants happy and comfortable. Maintenence is responsive and have fixed everything we've asked them to. The amenities are awesome and kept up nicely.
In regards to some other reviews complaining about noise; this is apartment living. Keep in mind you will have neighbors sharing walls, it's part of living in such close quarters. If noise is an issue for you, maybe... consider noise-cancelling headphones, white noise machines, etc. That being said, I don't find the walls to be paper thin here. I can hear some noise from a particular area of my apartment, and management is working with us to mitigate that.
I highly recommend this community! Check it out for yourself to see if it's a good fit!
