We're classical music students/professionals who keep busy and appreciate home as sanctuary. Sometimes practicing or teaching a music lesson in the day, otherwise we keep the place peaceful and quiet.
Proud of the kitchen that stays clean :)
Open to co-ed, but current tenants are all
guys (mixed orientation, LGBTQ+ friendly). Musician/music-lovers a plus, but not required.
Rent is 975 plus 100 utilities. Currently furnished, but can be cleared out if desired.
