This apartment features a comfortable living room, an eating area, and a small kitchen (without a dishwasher). The bedroom offers a queen bed right next to the bathroom, which includes a tub and shower. For additional guests, the front room couch folds down to a full bed. A laundry room is available for your convenience, and the apartment is equipped with a full furnace and forced air conditioning. A coffeemaker is provided for your use.

Trash should be moved to the curb on Thursday night for Friday pick-up and returned to the northwest corner of the property after it is emptied.
