The home is near Westminster University with great access to multiple bus routes and walking or biking distance to Sugarhouse and the park. Easy access to I-80 and downtown. Parking is on the street and requires a city parking pass that costs about $60/year. The unit is the upper level in a triplex. There is a shared backyard and the laundry is shared with one other unit.
Electric, gas, food waste recycling, and fiber internet are split 50/50 between us. Water, sewer, and trash are split amongst the 3 units. We are responsible for shoveling snow on our side (if we get any this year).
Shared areas include a formal dining area, kitchen, living room, balcony, and office/guest room.
