The house is a 3BD/2BA bungalow (1988 sqft) located within walking distance of Liberty Park and within two miles of downtown, Sugarhouse, 9th&9th, and the ballpark district. It has a fenced yard and a lovely back deck with grill, Ooni pizza oven, and smoker. The kitchen is fully-equipped and its yours to share with me. Same with the large library and Peloton.

I'm an pet industry entrepreneur and writer. I work from home home maybe 50% of the time. I'm also an avid rock climber and I travel often in my van, so you'll have the place to yourself quite a lot. I'm married but my wife and I will be living in different SLC homes for the next six months, for some very strange/unique, work-related reasons.

I have a large male Saint Bernard named Wayne. He's very friendly but he is messy. Fortunately, he doesn't go downstairs into your space, ever. But when you come upstairs to the kitchen and other common areas, he'll want to say hi.
