The bedroom also includes a small TV with streaming services.
Enjoy the rooftop patio with an oversized hot tub, fireplace, and comfortable lounge chairs offering breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. An indoor movie theater on-site screens free movies and can be reserved for private screenings. A large 24-hour fitness center is available with cardio machines, free weights, and cable machines. Free parking is provided in a secure indoor garage, with a second spot available upon request and availability.
Situated in a safe and walkable downtown neighborhood, the condo is conveniently located near cafes, restaurants, and attractions. A trolley stop is just a block away, offering quick access to Salt Lake City's attractions.
Check-in requires an electronic key fob to enter the building and a key to enter the unit, accessed via a lock-box outside the building. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided a few days before arrival. Dogs are welcome with a $99 pet fee per pet, but cats are not allowed. Convention rates and holidays may override standard rates. Rates fluctuate automatically based on supply and demand, but will be locked in at the time of payment. One travel crib, high-chair, self-inflating twin bed kit, and stroller are available free of charge upon request; additional items cost $25 per stay. A one-time cleaning fee is charged for the stay. No smoking is allowed inside the house; if smoking outside, ashes must be disposed of in a can and then in the trash. Violating the smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit and potential cleaning fees. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Guests are responsible for unclogging toilets, with a $100 fee if the homeowner has to do it. Outdoor commercial hot tubs are not to be used past 10 PM, with a $250 fine for violations. Children under 18 require adult supervision in hot tubs, and children under 8 are not allowed at any time. Guests are responsible for cleaning the hot tub if excessive debris gets in. The hot tub temperature should not exceed 100 degrees when not in use. Guests should manage trash and unfinished laundry if city services are delayed. Guests are asked to inform the homeowner of any problems during their stay to allow for remedies before leaving negative feedback. Dogs must be spayed or neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations. Pets must be leashed outside the house if not in a fenced area. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in carpeted rooms, and not in the hot tub. Excessive noise from pets may result in forfeiture of damage deposits or eviction. Guests are responsible for any pest control fees incurred due to pets. Homeowner may ask guests to leave or require pets to be kept off-property if it's not in the best interest of the company, home, or neighbors. Guests are responsible for all personal property and acknowledge that the homeowner is not liable for theft, damage, or loss. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the homeowner from any claims related to property destruction or injury. Homeowner makes no guarantees regarding fences or gates. Guests waive and release claims against the homeowner for injuries or death sustained on the property. Guests agree to use amenities at their own risk. Homeowner will attempt to clear snow and ice, but guests may need to do so themselves. Guests agree to abide by all rules in the agreement and instruction book, and failure to do so may result in immediate dismissal. Misconduct may result in forfeiture of remaining fees and responsibility for damages. Guests agree to get permission before allowing additional people onto the property. The property is provided in as-is condition, and while amenities are guaranteed to be present, the homeowner is not responsible for their failure to work and will make efforts to correct issues. Use of amenities like grills and hot tubs may be dangerous, especially for children, and is at the guest's own risk. Guests agree to not bring any pets onto the property without prior approval. Guests understand that some homes are privately owned and may be unavailable, with the homeowner making reasonable attempts to relocate guests to similar properties. Guests understand that the homeowner has the right to ask them to leave for reasons deemed in the best interest of the company, home, or neighbors, without refunds unless the property can be re-rented. The homeowner is a licensed innkeeper and not a landlord, with the right to ask guests to leave without notice. The homeowner may deny access upon arrival if age, circumstances, or reason for stay are misrepresented. Guests agree to not assign or sublease the property or permit its use by unapproved persons. Guests understand that no vacation home is perfect and agree not to leave negative feedback for problems that could have been remedied. Guests agree to pay for damage costs above the damage deposit and if travel insurance fails to pay. Guests fully understand they are indemnifying and releasing the homeowner of all wrongdoing and waive all future rights to claim fault for personal property damage/loss or personal injuries. Utah law governs the agreement, and disagreements will be brought before a court in Utah. No changes to the agreement are binding unless in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Agreements made outside of this contract are not binding.
