This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property; a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if smoking or vaping is found on the premises. If the property is not pet-friendly, no animals are permitted, and a $250 fee will be assessed for unauthorized pets. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment of professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible to pay for any repairs or replacement. If an early check-in or late check-out is not approved in advance, a $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time. Moving of furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property. No garbage or debris should be left outside unattended; all garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bear-proof receptacle, and a $30 fee per bin will be assessed for unbagged garbage. Guests are not permitted to book on behalf of someone else. Street parking is not permitted. Please note the orange poles and only park between them in the fall and winter, as those are areas that will be plowed for use. Outdoor security cameras may be in use and are disclosed on the listing, with no cameras located in or pointing to indoor spaces. Do not adjust the thermostat temperature below 65 to avoid water line freezing. Wildlife visitors frequent the area, including bears and moose, so be cautious, store food and garbage in bear-proof containers, and do not approach wildlife; no food or drink should be left outside unattended. No firing of weapons of any kind is allowed on the property. No tents are allowed per subdivision rules. No large bonfires are permitted, and only firewood is allowed to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons; no pallets, plywood, garbage, or other debris are to be burned, and all fires must be fully extinguished with water after use. The trusted partner's properties might require light maintenance and service during your stay, depending on vendor schedules; if work needs to be done, you will be notified in advance, and maintenance team members will have access to the property during normal business hours if no one answers the door.
