The house has on and off street parking, a large back yard, and a garage for storage. There is a common den with large windows upstairs and a common area in the finished basement, as well as a wash room with a washer and dryer. All common rooms are furnished.
Housemates are great people and easy to get along with. They're all friendly and helpful while still giving space when needed. They enjoy cooking and gardening, as well as sewing and wood working projects. We currently have 3 pets. Two medium-large dogs who are very cute and friendly and one cat who may have never left her bedroom (so cat allergies are a non-issue). Unfortunately, additional pets will not be considered at this time.

Rent rate is for a 1 year lease; if a shorter term is needed, we can discuss.
