While living here, these apartments have changed management but both have been very good at being responsive to get things fixed! The online services leave much to be desired. The website does not work at all half the time, so it makes paying rent a headache. The leases online also need clarity. I was able to get clarity through email and text, so be sure to ask questions if you don't understand. Just moved in a couple months ago and they are great! We had a pretty bad experience with our last apartment. Never felt cared for and things were overpriced with all kinds of random fees.

This complex is much different. Super quick on helping with maintenance and replying to concerns. Very nice renovated on the inside and super friendly staff and neighbors. Since the apartment was remodeled I feel like they tried to cover up probelms it previously had. I’ve texted and called management and have not heard from them- plus rent keeps going up each month and there is no reason or response after I’ve called
