OCD Grandma approved

I have lived here since September 2024 with my boyfriend in two separate apartments.

The trash can be a bit overwhelming by the time garbage day (Monday) comes around, but the new Valet Trash thing they started is absolutely amazing, and really makes a difference.

Regarding the two apartments, no issues with either one that were so extreme, that it was a dealbreaker. We simply moved to a 2 bedroom from a 1 bedroom, because oddly, the 2 bedroom was cheaper. The switching of the lease was... easier than the first one, but I was confused simply because I was tired, but they explained it to me very well as many times as I needed.

The management is amazing, and while me and my boyfriend have minimal issues, it is truly a great complex. It’s easy to get caught up in the negative reviews, but as long as you follow the rules of the complex, it truly is not a terrible place to live. Referring to the title, my OCD Grandma approved of both apartments.

They really are quite nice, and any maintenance requests have not taken longer than 48 business hours to be completed, which is VERY nice.

DONT RENT HERE

Office staff is awful. One person says it is okay to have 4 people at the pool the next kicks you out for the summer and slaps you with a 200 dollar fine. I could see if we were out of hand but we were calm no alcohol and no glass. Only allowed 2 people with you at the pool.

We are sorry to hear about this. Our policy, which allows a maximum of two guests per household at the pool, is in place to ensure that all our residents can enjoy the facilities, given their popularity. This rule was communicated during the move-in... process, through several notices, and is also posted at the front gate and in the pool area. The fine and temporary ban were implemented in accordance with these established rules to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for everyone. We understand that this can be frustrating, and we strive to enforce these rules consistently to ensure fairness to all residents.

Don't live here

The owners in the office management care nothing about the people that live here the only thing they care about is finding every way they can squeeze more money out of you for instance most complex give you a cover parking spot not here you have to pay extra for a covered parking spot
