NEVER fixed any maintaince request. Are not helpful to deal with. Over priced, they “gym” I was literally told was the stairwells which you will use a ton since the elevator is broke most of the time. They can’t keep help for the front desk so it’s always someone new. The utilities that bill you for are upwards of 200 dollars. Since their first manager left over a year ago no one has been friendly. Homeless people live there and they don’t care. It’s way overpriced and always smells like drugs... on all the floors and they do nothing about it. Cars are broken into because they have no parking. The garage is excellent when it works good luck getting your car out for work. Just find someplace else honestly. Read More
