Alright

There is a lot to this place. We lived here for six months and left by choice. The best I can say is it was affordable. But you pay for what you get. The good is you are really close to a lot of convenient stores and Trax. The rent is low and utilities are cheap. The bad, you can have pretty bad neighbors. We were woken up one day at 3 am after cops were banging on the couples door next to us. We had a lot of neighbors like this. People were evicted several times a month. Washer and dryer were… expensive to use and always smelled of mildew. We had a broken dishwasher that made it so we couldn’t even hand wash the dishes. The water would back flow into the dishwasher and leak all over the floor. Outside has a constant smell of dry urine. But the biggest thing is you felt like nothing was ever being done to improve the property after informing management.

My first apartment after divorce

I am so pleased with the staff here at Colony B, they are very considerate and professional and I am finally free to be me in 2023!!!! Anyone who lives here should be happy knowing that they are superb in their positions!!!! Thank you staff of Colony B I'm finally home!!!!
