How Is This Rating Determined?

Management doesn't care about theft

Management refuses to help if items are stolen from you on the property. They also lie about rent. Rent is typically hundreds of dollars more than what is listed online.

cheap but sketchy

not much u can do about the homeless people camping outside the apartment. they like to get in the apartment though so be careful about that.
