So the experience with lera in office and jeff in maintence at the Foothill apts has overall been amazing and is a great place to live they have a private dog park
So lots of dog friends ?? and a great rock wall and workout room ks always clean and useful and usable

Great area, there are so many beautiful mountains and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. I have renewed twice and have been very happy. My only complaint would be parking.

Things are great with room for improvement . I do see things going better the last 6 months or so . Keep up the good work . Would love to see a play area for kids

We love it here. We plan on staying here for the next several years. The swimming pools in the summer are fun, it’s a walking distance to Walmart and it’s a locked facility
