Great Community!

I have loved living at Maye House! Staff made my move in so easy. Moving from out of state without being able to tour in person was stressful but Jaden was able to answer all of my millions of questions during my virtual tour. I felt great in my decision. They are also upfront about costs and fees, which I feel is rare! I absolutely love the location as well. Driving around other apartments I was looking at, I'm so glad I chose Maye House. Definitely quieter and more residential for what you can… get in the downtown Salt Lake City area. Highly recommend.

Best SLC apartments

I had a wonderful experience at Maye House Apartments! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made the entire experience feel effortless. You can tell they truly care about their residents and take pride in creating a great place to call home. I would highly recommend Maye House to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable, and well-managed community!

Super cute apartments!!

Maye House has been so good to us! Great application and move in process, modern looking apartments, and super cute well-kept property overall. They have a yummy coffee machine, maintenance is super fast, and fun resident events so I can meet my neighbors! I can tell they truly care about the living environment. Also the location is unbeatable! Overall quiet, and super close to everything I need! Super recommend!

DO NOT LIVE HERE

The management staff is constantly turning over, they have not sense of empathy or urgency. There have been sooooo many things that we had to deal with from the move in that it has been a complete nightmare. It is a brand new build and there are many homeless around, they sublet Air BNB and do NOT tell you when you are thinking you are living in a secured building. This is not a safe place or friendly management -- they are doing renovations on a brand new build in the first year, this should… tell you something about what is going on. Our mail get stolen and they claim they do not have any responsibility of lost or stolen mail, this is unacceptable!

Overall excellent place

I’ve really enjoyed living here! Luxurious apartment complex with modern layouts and great amenities! The staff is all so nice and helpful with whatever you need. Really recommend checking out Maye House!
