Management Failed

Never fixed heating the entire time we lived there... years of no heat...or AC. Intercom never worked and posed a grand security risk. People would buzz someone in without knowing who it was or if they were a resident or guest. Food delivery ment you either wait in the lobby until they find the place (some gave up) or your food got stolen by another resident... or someone outside at the bar next door. Management was never available unless you went to the office in person when they happened to be… there (they were a resident, too). Old creaky wooden stairs were your only option to get to the office. The elevator quit more often than it worked, almost. 5 plus stories total. Anyone on the upper floors just stayed home if the elevator stopped working, or stayed with family or a hotel if they were out when it happened. They took forever to fix it. So much wrong.
