Very very very bad condition

Do not rent this apartment please. The condition is very poor and the wall and floor is very thin

Nice area BUT...

Nice area but a ghetto can be anywhere. Walls and floors are paper thin. Intentional noise at 4am. Car covered in tree and bird crap every morning,smells like smoke.
