The entire team at Strata99 is incredible. From maintenance to the office is nothing, but professionalism. Thats just the people. The town homes are amazing and in a prime area of the city. Couldnt be more pleased.

I have lived in the apartments. Correct this is STRATA 99 thats a nice first surprise. Everything is streamlined which makes it easier to move around. I love having a smart home it is amazing to be able to I have your doors locked from your phone. I would highly recommend anyone to come and take a look and look around and see the streamlined Way the apartments are laid out. So dont walk run to join us in this community.

The townhouses are modern and look great. Lots of room in them and affordable. However, the heating system does not work and we have had to call maintenance multiple times to come out. It is freezing in our townhouse half the week.
