    This Place is Terrible

When I moved in there was a serious roof leek that when it rained it left puddles of water in the hall. That went unfixed for over four years. Now the whole building stinks. And Concept Properties has the Gall to blame the residence for that. Also when I moved in the air conditioning didn't work. I called maintenance and they brought over a broken window unit that had been abandoned by one of my neighbors. I later learned that the company who installed the original air conditioning went out of business, Now it means major construction to put in air conditioning that is the right size for the apartment, so they simply refuse to fix the air conditioning. My apartment would get to over 105 degrees in the summer time.

The three washers and driers in the basement appear to be the original machines that were installed when the building was first built but you would never know that from the amount of coin you have to put in. Most of the time when I went down to do laundry all three of the driers were broken. If you like having wet laundry hanging all over your apartment you might like oaks at trolley. The washer and dryers desperately need to be replaced but the owner is to cheep to do that.

They insist on keeping the front door locked at all times. Only the post office is aloud access, because they can't legally keep them out. But is best you forget about doing business with vendors like amazon who deliver their goods.

If anything these people are consistent. When you move, like the roof, air conditioning and laundry, they are so cheap that they'll try to force you to pay for maintenance and cleaning that is their responsibility.
