The different decks can be accessed from the living space on the two upper stories and the side deck to the left of the garage walkway.
Designed for comfort and flexibility, this Bell Canyon mountain retreat features multiple living spaces across several levels that can transform to sleep more guests. The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for cooking and entertaining, with a large island with seating. Dine indoors at a dining table with gorgeous views, or step outside to one of the furnished decks or patio to BBQ and enjoy the fresh mountain air and wooded views. The private yard features mature trees, comfortable seating areas, and a one-of-a-kind outdoor climbing wall.
Enjoy multiple TVs and entertainment, and garage parking is included. Chef and massage services are available upon request. Pets are welcome at the cost of $10 per pet, per day.
Walk to Dimple Dell, with easy access to ski buses and 7 world-class resorts within minutes. This is a year-round sporting destination within walking distance of both Dimple Dell, the south fork of Dry Creek, and Bell Canyon. Minutes to SLC International Airport, Little Cottonwood Canyon, Big Cottonwood Canyon and Park City.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Moving furniture is not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. [SI]
