Use of upstairs W/D in garage also available for free.

Locked entrance at bottom of stairs descending straight from garage through upstairs kitchen. Separate entrance to be installed with separate driveway, in the next year or so. Use of outside deck, patio with fire pit, swing set, trampoline, tree swing and zipline.

No smoking. I love animals, am all gender preference friendly, allow pets ($300 deposit for pets) & can even board up to two of your horses (rate negotiable). I have rented my basement and boarded horses for over 30 years (am grandfathered in) and can provide references for both, upon request.

Wonderful friendly, established, inclusive neighborhood with lots of young children and a mix of older retired people too. Easy access off I-15 and 10600 S, close to South Towne Mall, other shopping, schools, parks, trails and various different denomination churches.

Will require background and credit check.
