Wi-Fi can be shared if desired (we placed a booster modem in the basement). The kitchen comes with a stove, microwave, and fridge. And washer and dryer are also provided.

Utilities are not included. We can charge the utilities as we go (depending on usage), or arrange a set rate. If there are pets, $50 more will be added to the total monthly rent.
