My tenant who is already renting my home is looking for a... housemate (female/male). This is a 2-story house. She is currently using the master bedroom which includes an en-suite bathroom.

There are two additional bedrooms, and a full large bathroom are available for rent, but we are looking for only a single occupant for both rooms.

There is a shared living/kitchen/garage space. The current tenant is using the entire living space including the kitchen and the garage space right now since there is no other tenant. Once a tenant moves in, the current tenant will be moving half of her furniture into storage, and we will coordinate and balance a shared arrangement in all of these spaces......living area, kitchen, and garage....and you will have half of the space in all of these areas. If you don't have your own, you're also welcome to use the current tenant's furniture (The bedrooms are not furnished).

There is a large kitchen with tons of storage. Open concept kitchen/living room. Another large entryway room that has a vaulted ceiling. There is a ton of natural light here, and an amazing view of the valley! There's also a porch off the master bedroom and off the kitchen living room, and backyard with garden box. She has 3 cats and who are a bit timid but will warm up to you once they discover you are staying. It's a pretty chill neighborhood. And she is pretty chill herself and has non-LDS standards.

She teaches yoga/Pilates. She likes outdoorsy things. Climbing, hiking, gardening, etc. She loves animals. She is a glassblower and artist. And she is also an Access consciousness Facilitator.

All the utilities, washer, dryer and the hi-speed internet are included. 10 months to one year lease is available.
