The split level house is located in a quiet neighborhood off of 9800 S, 5 minutes from the LCC park-n-ride with great access to skiing, hiking, and climbing in the cottonwoods. It has an East facing fenced-in backyard with views of broads fork twin peaks :). There are lots of space for storage in the garage, under the stairs, and in an outdoor shed.

The room is the entire basement floor of the house (shared entrance), equipped with a king size mattress, bed-frame, sofa, TV, mini-fridge, sink, and more! You will have your own bathroom with a rain shower-head. There’s tons of natural light— huge windows for a basement unit. The washer/dryer is right next to the room downstairs. There is space for a plug-in stovetop above the mini fridge if that’s your vibe. Feel free to use the kitchen upstairs. There is a fireplace in the basement but is for visual aesthetic only, not for actual use. Not a separate entrance from the upstairs level.
