I moved in June of 2018 and so far I LOVE this place. This is a great fit for me it’s a little more money than I was hopeing to pay but paying a little more for the way this management treats me is well worth the few extra bucks. I have rented a number of times throughout my life and this is by far The Coolest place with the nicest people that I know. I would Highly Recomend this place to anyone and your pet as well. Me and my wife looking for an apartment close to my work I heard about this apartment from the management of my apartment when I look at it online it's very interesting and the price is grate after we applied and we do not have any kid or pet our application refused, and I am very sure I have a very good credit and never have any kind of problem in my pervious residency, they told me the amount I make dose not meet lower income annualy I asked what is a amount they told me $ 38000 but I make… only $ 34000 and my wife not working but they still refused my applications after I get them a letter from my work that I did not make that amount, how ever they return $200 deposit for me, but our $80 for application not returned even thoe they're refused our applications, until now I am not sure if this apartment is a Housing or Not if it's a housing they should let you know when you apply, because we all know if we are qualify or not before hand, so please be aware before applying. The ladies that work in the leasing office were more than accommodating They are the kindest and most organized leasing office I have ever encountered. They have made the application process as easy as possible and have been great with answering all of our questions. Arcadia has the most beautiful apartments and we cannot wait to move in!

My husband and I were very interested in living at Arcadia (which will be completed and accepting leases soon). The two of us together make about 90,000$ a year, as we both work full time and go to school full time. After a week or so of pleasant back and forth conversation, we were abruptly told that we would not be given an apartment because we were students. I was curious and asked why this was the case, and she responded with "you will not be accepted because you are students". That's it.… She was very curt and was not willing to explain the reasoning behind us not being accepted, even though we definitely make enough money each year to live here.
