great place to live!

WE had to find a place quickly due to a family emergency and the staff at Windmill Cove went above and beyond to help us. The place is lovely - safe - GREAT dog parks but most of all - very responsible staff

Great place to live

Centrally located with with easy access to shopping, entertainment, and just about anything else we could think to do. Not only is it one of the largest three bedroom apartments in the area, but it's also one of the most affordable. Grounds are well maintained and the staff is always nice and helpful.

Windmill Cove Apartments

We live in a one bedroom and love the apartment. The layout is easy, the bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet are all great size. Management is very easy to work with and they are very responsive to all our needs. It is close to the freeway but the sound is kept to a minimal, we only hear it if there is dead silence in the apartment. The amenities are great: pool, spa, gym, basketball court, tennis court.

Great place to live

We been living here for 13 yrs. Grounds are very well maintained. Maintaince is very good. When something needs repair, it's done in a timely manner.

Incredible & in great shape!

I love our new apartment at Windmill Cove. Our old place was super outdated and just vastly archaic. Our apartment now is so comfortable and so well kept. The maintenance takes great care of us and responds ASAP to our requests, it's always same day service. They are great! Plus the AC works super well (which is a huge deal for me), all the amenities are fantastic and also very well kept. The grounds are taken care of every week and that keeps the place looking great. I think it's a great price… for everything they offer and I'm so glad we found it!
I highly recommend this complex to anyone who is moving!
