It’s not worth your time and money
I’ve lived at Grandview Apartments since August 2025 and have had issues with communication, lease paperwork, move-in readiness, and maintenance. On move-in day, my lease was not ready and my unit was not cleaned or prepared, even though I had already notified the office of my move-in date in advance. I also experienced a lockout when the smart-home system failed, and I had to pay out of pocket for an emergency locksmith after their after-hours support was unable to provide any workable... solutions and hung up on me.
I was later sent a vacate form that I believed had been prepared for me, but I later learned it was another resident’s completed form. Because there has been so much staff turnover, I did not realize the names signed and listed were not management. I signed it in good faith and returned it at the 90-day mark. The error was not discovered until about 30 days before move-out, and only because I followed up about another situation.
I also had concerns about my lease length. I signed what I believed was a 12-month lease, but it included 12 extra days, and management could not clearly explain why when I asked. I was told the person who drafted the lease had been fired, but no one could explain the extra days or offer a correction.
The property has potential, but my experience has been frustrating overall. I would encourage anyone considering Grandview Apartments to carefully review every document, keep copies of everything, and document all communication.
