Red Rock Ridge Student Housing

I've lived here for 2 years now. With move outs, I had a really good experience. I have always had great roommates and a positive experience. Maintenance is quick to get things done. I would have renewed if I wasn't getting married. I will miss my time here and the friends I've made.

My daughter had to sell her lease because she was moving on Jan. 1, 2019. The girl who took over her lease insisted on moving in the week before Christmas. My daughter asked the office a week in advance if she would be able to stay there for four days before she moved out and they told me her she could. The girl taking over her lease wasn’t even moving into her same apartment so her room would be empty. When the day came to sign over her lease they said she had 24 hours to be out. Mind you this… was on December 18. She had to pack everything she had in garbage bags and find a hotel room for four days. We live 8 hours away so it’s not like she could just come home. She has a job there. When I called Morgan, the ‘manager’, she said she would call corporate and “look into it” for me. She never returned my call and when I called her back the next day she said “they were busy because it’s the holidays.” Isn’t that her job? To take care of customers? If it were you I would not let my child live here for the fact that they are so inconsiderate. The rent was paid for December and she told my daughter she couldn’t get a refund of that for another week or so so I had to find her a hotel room during the busiest time of year when there were few rooms available. Red rock is one of the most affordable apartments in Saint George. It’s great off campus student housing. You get your own room and the apartment is large and spacious. Management are super friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. It’s not too far from campus or grocery stores. High recommend!!

Went to look at this place today and it is an incredible place with spacious living room and kitchen and super clean too amenities include laundry a heated pool that is open year round the clubhouse has tons of couches for hanging out with friends and watching TV and also napping both in the main area and in the studying rooms. There are also billiards, Foosball, ping pong and air hockey. But the staff is what really makes it super nice and knowledgeable if you ever need anything they'll get you… taken care of. Read More
