Feels Like Home

Living at Copper 87 has been a great experience so far. The team is always quick to answer any questions I have, and the Community Manager made the whole move-in process really easy to understand. The pool is honestly one of the cleanest I've ever used, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the property looking nice. Maintenance has also been amazing—they're friendly, responsive, and get things taken care of quickly.

I also love that the gym is open 24/7, which makes it easy to fit in a… workout whenever I have time. The complimentary dog wash is such a nice bonus, and it's a very pet-friendly community. The neighbors have all been really nice, which has made living here even better. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Copper 87 to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Five Star Experience!

Moving into Copper 87 was one of the easiest move-in experiences I've had. The apartments are modern, the location is super convenient, and the office staff has been really friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is also awesome—they're quick to respond and really easy to talk to. Overall, it's been a great place to live, and I'd definitely recommend Copper 87 to anyone looking for an apartment.

Copper 87

This is the best and easiest experience getting into an apartment. I’ve been all over the US for work and had some bad experiences in the past. Chrystal and Bradly were very polite, friendly, and professional. I will recommend this place to my fellow colleagues.

Very tidy and cute place. Love all the staff I've interacted with so far and the apartment is perfect for what I needed at a decent price. Walls are thick so I don't hear my neighbors too much. My cat loves the patio too :) My one and only complaint is that there's always police parked outside and it is a little strange.
