Lived here for almost 2 years. The management when we got there was great.
But the current management is terrible for many reasons. They basically have been squeezing every dime they can out of those who live there, not to mention thy raised rent DURING the lease so don’t count on it always remaining the same because if they want to they will find some kind of false reason to raise the rent for their gain.
Only source of cool air during the hot summer is a small air vent in the living room... which can only cools down the living room, so it’s boiling hot in the rooms when you sleep at night. Lots of box elder bugs can get into the apartment through the windows because they’re not sealed well at all, which means in winter it gets incredibly cold. They look for ANY reason to have you fix any issues if they can. There are a lot of fees they began to apply to get more out of our wallets. Including A TON of hidden fees when we moved out just trying to get everything they could out of us. Probably won’t see any of your security deposit afterwards.
The rent they charge is definitely not worth it for everything you get from these older apartments. I won’t recommend any family or friends to live here. 1 Star is far to generous. Read More
