Jamie

Denied my elderly mother's rental application due to misdemeanor traffic violations, (one of them being almost 20 years old) and of course, pocketed her $35 application fee. I feel like we should have been warned that she could be denied for such trivial things on her background check so she could have saved the $35. She is on disability and $35 is a big deal to her.
Don't waste your money applying unless you have a flawless record. I will be informing everyone I know who is looking for an... apartment to avoid this company and all of the properties they manage.
