For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered, and full names and IDs of all guests are required. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. Intentional damage, damage caused by parties, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, and damage that isn’t reported during the stay are not covered by the damage waiver fee. Lost FOB/Access Cards will incur a $250 charge. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
