Love it!

I love this community. The building is always clean and the maintenance is superb! Bayani is the best. He fixes things with a smile. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

Moving into Bren Mar Apartments was a great decision!

The management staff are always helpful, responsive, and there for your every need. The complex is well kept. Lots of nice grass and very dog friendly. So far, I truly love it here! Lots of nice windows and very clean and updated. Maintenance is very responsive. The only thing I would say is that the walls are thin so you can really hear your neighbors but that is to be expected living in an apartment. I would highly recommend Bren Mar Apartments!

"You get What You Pay For"

Walls are paper thin. Literally, I can hear baby crying, playing, bed squeaking, snoring, talking, pots/pans, etc. Would be perfect, but the noise is oftentimes? unbearable. If you get a place around quiet neighbors, you'll be fine - but why chance it? I love my quietness. It is a game changer. I will not be renewing my lease.

Honest Review

Walls are thin, Very noisy place. Mice infested and living in the walls. Good luck getting deposit back. Donot be cheap and live here. There are other near by apartments that are in the same range and offer real amenities. Gym is very small and hardly maintained.
