    Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience during your visit did not meet your expectations.

    We take pest control and the comfort of our residents and prospective residents very seriously. Our community has a regular pest control program, and treatments are performed as needed to address and prevent pest activity. If a treatment had recently been completed in the apartment you viewed, there may have been a temporary chemical odor.

    Regarding the condition and    … appearance of the apartment, we are currently in the process of remodeling units throughout the community. Our renovated apartments feature updated kitchens, cabinets, appliances, and other modern finishes.

    We understand that every community may not be the right fit for everyone, but we appreciate you taking the time to visit and share your feedback. We wish you the best in finding a home that meets your needs.
