Refrigerator not working We tried changing the settings and rearranging food in the freezer, but, to no avail.
Maintenance then brought up another refrigerator. After emptying out the old one, we brought in the new one and once plugged in worked.
Yes, we are happy and items are cold in the freezer and fridge again.
Thanks to the Office for staying on top of this and maintenance for their assistance.

Door reprogramming Ultimately, the issue was not resolved. I'm also not sure whether the mechanic actually came by to repair the door, as I was home all day and no one made their presence known or contacted me upon arrival.

Bugs Someone has come twice to deal with my issue concerning bugs coming from the drains but the issue remains. A bug flew into my food today while eating. This issue is extremely frustrating.
